Few know that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle set one of his Sherlock Holmes stories – The Adventure of the Devil’s Foot - on the Lizard Peninsula, with easily recognisable locations.
Join a small group to read round the story over a cup of tea (or a pint) in the comfortable Railway Room in the Blue Anchor. Copies of the book will be provided – though you might like to read it beforehand – as long as you don’t spoil the surprise ending for others...
