★★★★★
"A riveting, remarkable hour of theatre..."
~ The Guardian

What would you do with an hour? What if it was your last hour ever? For James the answer is easy: he wants to tell you a story.
A desert island disc spun from threads of the future. Full of the joy and wonder of being alive.

★★★★★ "Rowland is a natural storyteller...very funny, disarmingly honest and surprisingly tender."
~ The Scotsman
The third and final part of James’ Life Cycle Trilogy (but don't worry if you've not seen the others) that began with Learning to Fly (★★★★★ The Guardian) and Piece of Work (★★★★★ The Morning Star)
A show about life, humanity and of course James Rowland will die at the end of the show.
