Speak YOU Speakerthon
Interactive lightening talks
Helston Old Chapel
7pm 7th March 2025
Led by Anna Lempriere and Laura Lloyd, the Speak YOU Community

A high-energy, interactive evening of courageous conversations.

8 women will share a 5-minute lightening talk. Think ‘Speakers’ Corner’! They’ll entertain and enthrall you.

The audience will be an active listening presence. Then, when the bell rings… you’ll be playfully guided to talk to each other in response to each talk.

Expect topics from scolds’ bridles to spy scandals. The bar is open, and we have a beautiful cocktail of diverse voices too.

Glean tips from the Speak YOU ted-style talk formula!

Speak YOU Community increases women’s confidence and visibility through public speaking, held in love, hilarity and curiosity.
