Women’s Health and Hormones:
The wisdom of our cycles
and the menopause

Helston Old Chapel

12pm 9th March 2025

Led by Dr Johanneke Kodde, Body Mind Soul Doctor

Our body is a clever, self-healing system, sending us messages.

This International Women’s Day workshop is for anyone who has (or had) a menstrual cycle.

Using cycle awareness, seasons, elements, emotional and nervous system regulation, Dr Johanneke Kodde, an experienced GP and the founder of ‘Body Mind Soul Doctor’, will give you insights and practical tools that are applicable to your own personal situation.

We will explore how we can understand and harness the wisdom of our bodies on a much deeper level than we tend to do in our culture and medical system.
