Rowan Gabrielle, emotional intelligence pioneer and author of Sacred Commerce – A Blueprint for a New Humanity, teaches that our natural feminine state is flow. What stops the flow? Emotional blockages.

In this International Women’s Day workshop, we’ll do a meditative process to uncover your main bugaboo emotion… And learn how to unblock it.

What do I need to know?

This event is at Helston Old Chapel, Meneage Road, Helston, TR13 8BH.

There is a large pay and display car park opposite the Helston Medical Centre, Trelawney Rd, Helston TR13 8AU. This is a 5-10 minute walk away. It is possible to drop-off and pick-up immediately outside the chapel building.

There is level access from the tarmac path into the side door of the chapel. There is space inside the chapel for wheelchairs. The seating will be on pews. If we can support you at our event in other ways please contact us on hello@trevowhelston.co.uk

Everyone is welcome at this event especially those who identify as a woman, non-binary people, trans women and people who are gender fluid.

This event is aimed at those aged 16+.

We currently have limited facilities at our new venue. Please be aware that we will be using an accessible portaloo for this event.

We estimate a run time of approximately 90 minutes.
