The Vagina Monologues and beyond: Your body speaks!

Helston Old Chapel

4.30pm 8th March 2025

Led by Laura Lloyd

Vagina Monologues is a series of short scripts. They are funny, frank and eye-opening.

In this workshop, we’ll read some aloud, and let them awaken our own bodies’ unheard voices. For International Women’s Day, we’ll ask our own body parts – from our cellulitic thighs to our inflamed intestines – to tell their stories.

Laura Lloyd is a Food Psychology Coach of over 10 years, and creating body image peace, is an integral part of her professional work.

This is a funny, irreverent workshop for anyone who wants to accept their body deeply.

(You will not be required to perform, or undress).

Event curated by Speak YOU Community.
