Resting Place By Kyra Norman, Kath Buckler & Faye Dobinson When was the last time someone invited you to have a really good rest?
On Friday 27th June, join us for Resting Place, an afternoon of gentle sound, movement and drawing activities that invite a sense of rest, ease and spaciousness, in good company.
Make yourself comfortable, and listen to the sound of a cello filling this beautiful space. Be guided through simple drawing prompts, and notice what you notice. Be part of a gentle ripple of movement through the space, echoing the shifting sunlight as it passes through the building. Or simply sit and observe: witnessing can be a powerful way to take part in a group activity.
This is a collaboration between choreographer Kyra Norman, composer Kath Buckler and artist Faye Dobinson. Come join in.
